On the 30th, it was learned from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission that the commercial auto insurance reform pilot will launch the second batch of 12 province pilots on the basis of the pilot projects in the previous six provinces.
Since June 1 this year, various property insurance companies have fully launched the new version of commercial auto insurance clause rates in six pilot areas in Heilongjiang, Shandong, Guangxi, Chongqing, Shaanxi and Qingdao, which indicates that China's commercial auto insurance reform pilot has been fully implemented.
Since the first pilots were launched, the auto insurance consumers in the pilot areas have generally benefited, and the market is running steadily. The China Insurance Regulatory Commission has released data. Consumer premiums accounted for 77.6% of the policies that fell last year. Most low-risk consumers receive auto insurance premiums.
The pilots included 12 provinces including Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Sichuan, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang. The China Insurance Regulatory Commission requires these places to improve the supporting system for commercial auto insurance reform as soon as possible, strengthen post-event supervision and ensure smooth and orderly reform of the pilot program.
A major core of the commercial auto insurance reform is to hand over the pricing power of insurance products to insurance companies, and hand over the product choices to the owners, so that the premiums can be truly connected with risks and protect consumers' interests to the utmost. After the commercial auto insurance reform, for low-risk customers with good driving records, the maximum discount rate can be less than 50%, and for high-risk customers, the maximum premium can be doubled.
Oxide powder for thermal spray refers to a type of powder material that is used in thermal spray processes. Thermal spray is a coating technique where a material in powder form is heated and propelled onto a substrate, forming a coating.
Oxide powders are commonly used in thermal spray applications due to their high melting points, excellent wear resistance, and thermal insulation properties. They can be used to create protective coatings on various surfaces, such as metals, ceramics, and plastics.
Some common types of oxide powders used in thermal spray include:
1. Aluminum oxide (Al2O3): This oxide powder is widely used for its high hardness, wear resistance, and thermal insulation properties. It is commonly used for coating applications in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and electronics.
2. Zirconium oxide (ZrO2): Zirconium oxide powder is known for its high melting point and excellent thermal barrier properties. It is often used in thermal spray coatings for gas turbine engine components, where thermal insulation is critical.
3. Chromium oxide (Cr2O3): Chromium oxide powder is used for its high hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. It is commonly used in applications where high temperature and abrasive wear resistance are required.
4. Titanium oxide (TiO2): Titanium oxide powder is known for its high refractive index and excellent UV resistance. It is often used in thermal spray coatings for optical and decorative applications.
These oxide powders can be applied using various thermal spray techniques, such as flame spraying, plasma spraying, or high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying. The choice of oxide powder and thermal spray technique depends on the specific application requirements and desired coating properties.
