In this role, Shi Nai Sen will manage and promote the development of Cummins China joint venture through a series of initiatives.

Previously, Shi Naisen served as the general manager of Cummins China Power Systems Division, successfully leading the integration of the power business, the high horsepower business and the Chongqing Cummins joint venture business. Under his leadership, China's power system business has grown significantly, and continued to carry out quality improvement initiatives, strengthen engineering, product planning and management capabilities, and promote business operations from all aspects.

Shineson grew up in England and moved to the United States at the age of 16, earning a bachelor's degree in architecture and mechanical engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Yale University's School of Management. Prior to joining Cummins, I have worked in business management and strategic consulting positions in various industries for 12 years.
At present, Cummins has five engine joint ventures in China, namely Dongfeng Cummins, Chongqing Cummins, Xi'an Cummins, Beijing Futian Cummins, and Guangxi Cummins. In addition, Cummins and Jianghuai Automobile formally signed a joint venture agreement this year to establish a 50:50 joint venture.
