According to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance on Launching the "Energy-saving Products Benefiting People Project" (Caijian [2009] No. 213) and the Ministry of Finance's National Development and Reform Commission's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Printing and Distributing "Emergency Energy Saving Products Benefiting the People Project "Energy Conservation Motor Vehicles (1.6L and Below Passenger Vehicles) Promotion Regulations" (Caijian [2010] No. 219) and Ministry of Finance National Development and Reform Commission Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Adjustment of Energy-saving Vehicle Promotion Subsidy Policy The “Notification” (Caijian [2011] No. 754) requires that the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Finance organize an audit of the application reports and related materials for energy-saving vehicles reported from various places. The “Energy-saving Products Benefiting People Project” list of energy-saving vehicles (the eighth batch) will be announced.

The next batch of promotion catalogues will adjust the gradient coefficients of the fuel consumption tests that are not run-in during the verification of the products in the catalogue.
