When welding the wheel cover, first clean the surface of the workpiece and assemble it, insert the protruding part of the blade into the plug welding groove of the wheel cover, press the point and then weld it, then weld the plug weld, strengthen the welding The ammonia gas is protected in the high temperature area, and the surface of the weld is welded flush with the surface of the base metal.

The parts are processed according to the requirements to process the wheel and the wheel cover; draw the wheel row welding position line, the inner and outer circles of the wheel cover are left as required, and the wheel cover is stamped; the blade is processed to the requirements; according to the blade welding position, The blade plug welding groove processing line is drawn on the wheel cover, and the welding groove is milled.
