Recently, the National 04 special project “ Application demonstration of high-precision grinding wheel/process for automobile gear ” organized by the Fast Group has successfully passed the data review and financial review of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and successfully obtained the project. The total investment of the project is 73 million yuan and the implementation period is 3 years.

In April 2014, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China issued the "Notice on Application for the 2015 Annual Topics of Science and Technology Major Projects for High-end CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment." According to the notification requirements, the Project Management Office of the Fast Automotive Engineering Research Institute is at the Institute of Technology. With the vigorous cooperation, combined with the actual situation, the five enterprises and universities, such as the Joint Armored Forces Engineering College, Guoji Precision Industry Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Qinchuan Machinery Development Co., Ltd., Ziboger Gear Co., Ltd., and Shandong University, were thoroughly discussed and determined. The "Application of Auto Gear High-Precision Grinding Grinding Wheel/Technology" was the subject of the application, and the completion of the project declaration form and budget book was completed at the beginning of June. The project application was formally submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The leaders of Fast Company personally led the relevant personnel of the project application unit to Beijing to participate in the project project defense organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Based on the superior R&D strength, complete manufacturing conditions and industrialization potential of the reporting units such as Fast in the automotive gear industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved the approval of the project. At present, Fast is organizing five joint units to re-evaluate the project budget.
