According to the preliminary identification of BYD Auto Company's counterfeit office staff, these BYD auto parts are products that are counterfeit BYD's registered trademarks. According to the relevant provisions of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China", the industrial and commercial law enforcement officers temporarily detained the auto parts sold by Yu Moumou and Lin Moumou for suspected counterfeiting of BYD's registered trademarks.
