Air Suspension Blower

The main components of air suspension blower include centrifugal impeller, synchronous permanent magnet motor, magnetic suspension bearing and special frequency converter four parts. The main function of centrifugal impeller is to convert the mechanical energy of the motor into the potential energy of gas. Along with the rotating shaft, the high-speed rotating blades do work on the gas, so that the speed and pressure of the gas increase. The gas discharged by the impeller passes through the diffuser and volute, and most of the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy, and the pressure is further increased and discharged from the outlet pipe. At the same time, the inlet of the impeller is formed by the discharge of gas, and the inlet gas is sucked into the impeller under the action of pressure difference. As a result, the high-speed impeller continues to inhale and expel gas. The main function of synchronous permanent magnet motor is to drive the rotation of the rotating shaft. It produces an alternating current with adjustable frequency through the frequency conversion power supply. The alternating current is input into the motor stator to generate a rotating magnetic field and drive the rotating shaft to rotate at a high speed. The main function of magnetic suspension bearing is to realize the suspension of rotating shaft. It detects the position signal of the rotating shaft through the built-in position sensor, and sends the signal to the magnetic suspension bearing controller for conditioning, calculation and amplification to obtain the control current, and then the control current is input to the magnetic bearing to generate controllable suction to the rotor, so as to realize the suspension of the rotating shaft.
