1. Keep the clean of machine and around environment.
2. Remove the accumulated materials of hopper, to make load cell to 0 level.
3. Inspect if lubricate grease is enough for each lubricate point. It should be enough oil for oil mist device of pneumatic system.
4. Inspect if there is superheating situation and abnormal noise for motor and electric elements. If indicator and signal system are normal.
5. Frequently inspect and adjust air cylinder, butterfly valve and solenoid valve, ensure their open and close is normal.
6. Inspect each system, solve the question in time if there is ash leakage, gas leakage, oil leakage or electricity leakage.
7. Clear and clean the concrete mixer discharge hopper every 4 hours, to avoid concrete coagulation agglomerate and effect normal operation.
8. Empty the water of air compressor, gas tank and filter after each turn, eliminate operation fault.
9. Maintenance the concrete mixer, butterfly valve, solenoid valve, air filter and oil mist device according to manual book.
