1. Empty load inspect for belt conveyor before each turn. Clear the sundries, mud and so on. Fix the screw, adjust belt deviation and make sure each part can work smart.
2. Change oil for electric drum according to manual book.
3. Inspect and replenish grease for each turn parts after use 6 months. Change oil every 1 year in later usage.
4. Inspect and adjust position of strike plate of sweeper to belt, make sure its cleaning is normal.
