The equipment is excavated with a diameter of 6.47 meters and a total length of nearly 150 meters. It is tailor-made for the construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 6. Shenzhen Metro Line 6 is located in Bao'an District. During the construction process, it needs to cross the Yangtai Mountain and pass through several broken formations. The surrounding rock formation of the tunnel is complex and changeable, and there is a special geological change from micro-weathering to complete undeveloped granite. Surrounding rock integrity and dry compressive strength of more than 100 megapascals are rare in China's urban metro construction.

To this end, Tiejian Heavy Industry has set up a dedicated project research team and conducted a comprehensive design exchange with related organizations. It has made targeted design in equipment design, system control optimization, auxiliary function setting, and construction method improvement. optimization.

The model is equipped with a single shield type and a double shield type, and can flexibly adjust the tunneling mode according to the geological conditions within the range of 30-200 megapascals. It has a strong geological adaptability; combined with the subway construction mode, it can perfectly adapt to the segment. Supporting one-piece molding, especially suitable for conquering the construction problems of rock with high hardness and varied formations along the line. Especially in the double-shielded mode, the two propulsion systems are configured to work continuously and continuously for continuous driving. The equipment is expected to be excavated in October this year.
