KUKA robots unveiled at Propak Food Packaging Machinery Exhibition

The robot has a fifth passive shaft and a unique FEM-optimized motion structure that ensures efficient stacking. The arm of the KUKA KR 180-2 PA is made of carbon fiber composite CFK with low moment of inertia and high acceleration values.

The KUKA KR 470 PA is a five-axis palletizing robot with a maximum working range of 3,150 mm, a payload capacity of 470 kg and an additional load capacity of 50 kg, making it easy to package, pick and load pallets. Through the combination of KUKA stacking robots, help customers achieve any stacking solution. At the same time, its compact size, light weight and built-in and fixed components make it easy and quick to integrate into automation equipment.

The KUKA Motion Control System (KMC), which was exhibited with the KR 180-2 PA and KR 470 PA, is also unusual in that it can automate robots, all machines and motion systems according to individual needs; KMC Modular Its structure makes it possible to expand hardware and software according to the customer's individual needs; at the same time, the use of its portable KUKA Control Panel (KCP) can bring high comfort and flexibility to customers...
