What are the precautions for using a cryogenic coolant circulating pump?
[1] Liquid medium (pure water, alcohol, and antifreeze solution) should be added to the tank before using the low temperature coolant circulating pump. The medium liquid surface should not pass through the cooling coil in the tank and should be less than 20mm below the table.
[2] Power: 220V 50Hz, power supply power should be greater than the total power of the instrument, the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;
[3] Avoid acid-base substances entering the tank to corrode coils and liners.
[4] The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument.
[5] Always observe the level of liquid in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, add liquid medium in time.
[6] When the operating temperature of the low-temperature coolant circulating pump is low, care should be taken not to open the upper cover and not to enter the tank in order to prevent frostbite;
[7] After use, all switches are turned off and the power is turned off.
[8] During the external circulation of the liquid, the customer should pay special attention to the firmness of the outlet pipe to prevent it from falling off to prevent the liquid from leaking out.
[9] The instrument should be cleaned regularly. If it is not used for a long time, empty the media in the tank and clean it to keep the work table and the operation panel clean;
