Light incubator maintenance and diagnosis
The light incubator consists of four parts: a top cover, a studio, a cooling and heating room, and a bottom room. The top cover is equipped with a strong board of computer controllers, and the top cover panel is equipped with a weak board of a computer controller, which includes a liquid crystal display, indicator lights, and operation buttons. There is also a power switch on the panel. N groups of fluorescent lamps are hung on the side of the box or on the box door. There is a thermistor (temperature sensor) on the back wall of the studio. The cooling and heating room is below or above the studio, and its left and right (or front and back) are respectively connected with the entrance and exit of the studio ventilation passage. The room is equipped with an evaporator, an anti-condensation shielding partition manifold, an electric heating pipe and two circulating fans. Heating or cooling is provided to the studio, and a thermistor for overheat protection is installed next to the heating tube. The bottom chamber is equipped with compressors, condensers, cooling fans, instrument entry junction boxes and fuses. The maintenance and diagnosis process is as follows:
1, degree deviation exceeds ± 2 °C alarm;
2, the studio temperature above 48 °C (can be determined according to different requirements of the user) forced to stop heating;
3, when the touch switch short circuit alarm;
4, when the temperature sensor breaks, short circuit alarm, and stop the heating and cooling;
5, the heating chamber temperature is higher than 55 °C, protection relay pulls, cut off the heating power;
6. The incubator suddenly does not work. Please check if the fuse tube (after the box) is burned out and check the power supply.
