The person in charge pointed out that the elimination of 6 million yellow-label vehicles and old vehicles is an important task of the State Council in 2014. At present, the phase-out work has reached the final stage. It is only one month away from the year. There are still nearly 20% of the elimination tasks that have not yet been completed.
