When using the residual oil gear pump, refer to the following precautions for maintenance to extend the service life of the pump:

(1) During the handling of the residue oil pump, the proper lifting position should be selected to reduce the deformation of the pump.

(2) The base of the residue oil pump should be fixed on a firm foundation so as to avoid vibration and affect the normal operation of the pump. (3)Before installation of the residue gear pump, check whether the pump and the motor are damaged during transportation, such as whether the motor is damaged. When it is wet, the pump's inlet and outlet dust caps are damaged and the dirt enters the interior of the pump chamber.

(4) The inlet pipeline should be designed with a separate bracket, and the weight of the pipeline must not be pumped.

(5) The pump shaft and the motor should be installed concentrically, and the coupling should be rotated evenly by hand rotation.

(6) When installing the import and export pipelines, the inner wall of the pipeline should be cleaned with kerosene.

(7) The size of the inlet and outlet pipe diameters of the residue oil pump pump shall not be less than or greater than the inlet diameter of the pump, and the inlet pipe shall be as short as possible to reduce the detour. The bending radius of the elbow should be as large as possible, and the inlet of the oil inlet pipe should be cut into 45 angles to increase the oil inlet cross-sectional area. If necessary, install a metal filter at the entrance of the oil inlet pipe. The effective area of ​​the oil filter mesh should not be less than three times the diameter of the pipe.

(8) The oil inlet and outlet of the residue oil pump is closed at the factory to prevent dirt from entering, and the dust cover should be removed during installation.

(9) The residual oil gear pump is installed outdoors. When the temperature is lower than -5°C, heat insulation measures should be taken outside the pump to prevent the pump body from cracking or affecting the normal operation of the pump.
