1. 4. When the number of samples is small and the volume of the rice germination test is relatively small, an artificial climate incubator with a relatively small volume and a relatively uniform temperature should be used.
5. When the number of samples is large and the experiment of large volume of corn germination test needs to use an artificial climate incubator with a large volume and temperature that is difficult to be uniform, two points should be paid special attention: (1) The required temperature of corn is low, and the setting is The temperature is not easy to be too high. Samples that require higher temperatures such as rice should be placed in areas with higher temperatures in the middle of the cabinet to meet experimental conditions and promote growth and development. (2). It is best not to place a sample on the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer. If there are a large number of samples and must be used, the samples in the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer should be exchanged with the samples in the higher intermediate temperature region in time, so that the samples in each region can develop synchronously and the prescribed initial/last counts.
