Through a year of close cooperation, Pushinjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and the School of Mechanical Engineering of Chongqing University have successfully developed the “Zero Transmission” full CNC high-efficiency horizontal hobbing machine YK3610. The product will be exhibited at the 10th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT2007).
Compared with the traditional ordinary horizontal gear hobbing machine, the machining accuracy of the machine tool is increased by 1~2 grades on average, and the machining efficiency is increased by more than 10 times. It can basically achieve the purpose of rolling and grinding, and is the first choice for precision machining of high-end small-diameter gears. equipment. The maximum machining diameter of the machine tool is φ100mm, the maximum machining modulus is 2.5mm, and the number of machining teeth ranges from 2 to 100 teeth. It is mainly used for machining parts such as spur gears, helical gears and worm gears.
The biggest highlight of the machine tool is that the workpiece axis and the hob axis adopt the most advanced direct drive technology (“zero transmission”). Since the mechanical transmission pair is completely eliminated, the precision of the hobbing movement is significantly improved, and the solution is also solved. In the mechanical transmission chain, the accuracy of the machine tool due to wear and tear is unstable, so the machine tool has high precision retention. Due to the above characteristics, the product is an ideal equipment for efficient machining of different precision gears in motorcycles, small cars, instrumentation, power tools, toys, fishing gear and other industries.
The YK3610 is controlled by the SIEMENS 840D system with six axes and four linkages. The hob axis (B) and the workpiece axis (C) are driven by SIEMENS torque motor. The HEIDENHAIN circular grating is used for full-closed control. The maximum speed of the hob axis is 4000 rpm, and the maximum speed of the workpiece axis is 495 rpm, which is much higher than that of the traditional gear hobbing machine. Perform powerful and efficient hobbing; with the interpolation control of the CNC system, the drum gear can be processed. The radial feed of the hob is driven by servo motor, full-closed control. The tangential feed, axial feed and swing of the hob are driven by servo motor and semi-closed loop control.
The application of direct drive technology greatly improves the dynamic and static stiffness and torsional stiffness of the machine tool, improves the transmission accuracy, and the machine structure is simpler and more reliable. In addition to precision hobbing, the machine can also perform hard tooth surface machining and dry machining. Cutting.
