1. Application range
It is suitable for drying and cooling of powder and granular materials in chemical industry, pharmacy, chicken essence, food, dehydrated vegetable, grain and mineral industry. Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, rose L, silk, soybean meal, grains, seeds, slag, sugar etc..
Food building materials: Wine trough, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, slag, watercress, seeds and so on.
It can also be used for material cooling, humidification and so on.
2. Working principle
Material from the feed inlet into the battery raw material Drying Machine, under the action of vibration material along the horizontal fluidized bed casting, continuous motion, hot air upward through the fluidized bed with wet material after heat exchange, wet air after the cyclone dust discharged from the exhaust of 1:3. Dry material by discharge from import.
