1.3 check whether the fuel storage in the fuel tank meets the requirements.
1.4 check whether the oil volume in the diesel oil sump, injection pump and governor is sufficient.
1.5 fill the water tank (radiator) with cooling water.
1.6 check all electrical parts. All contacts should be firm and correct. The automatic air switch should be in the disconnection position.
2. Startup steps
2.1 unscrew the vent screw on the fuel pump, remove the air in the fuel system with the fuel hand pump, and fix the adjusting control handle at the throttle position suitable for starting speed.
2.2 press the start button to start the diesel engine. If the diesel engine cannot start on fire for 10 seconds (up to 15 seconds), the engine should be started for a second time after 1 minute. If the engine fails to start for three consecutive times, the fault should be checked and found.
2.3 after the diesel engine starts, please pay close attention to the oil pressure gauge reading (2.5-3.5kg/Cm squared in normal operation). If the oil pressure gauge does not indicate, stop it immediately and check whether the ammeter has charging indication.
2.4 after the unit starts, the no-load speed gradually increases to 1000-1200r/min (note: do not operate for a long time). After the diesel engine preheats, the speed is raised to the rated speed. Stay out of the water temperature reaches 55 ° C, the oil temperature reaches 45 ° C, full load operation.
2.5 when the unit's instruments are normal, the load switch can be switched on to send power to the load. As the unit's load changes, if the frequency and voltage are not within the specified range, the frequency and voltage shall be adjusted in time to maintain the rating. It is strictly forbidden for the unit to carry load at low speed to avoid damage to the equipment.
2.6 after the unit is put into normal operation, it shall observe the changes of water temperature, oil temperature and oil pressure at any time, as well as the reading of power meter, frequency meter, ammeter and voltage meter, and timely deal with any abnormity found.
3. Stopping procedure
3.1 discharge the load gradually and disconnect the load switch.
In the no-load state of about 1000rpm, the diesel engine is allowed to run for several minutes. When the oil temperature and water temperature are significantly decreased, the engine will stop after adjusting the speed control handle to the position when the engine is first started, and finally remove the iron wire of the battery tower.
4. Maintenance procedures
