On September 14, 2006, the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized the Accreditation Committee of the Communications Department, the Xi'an High-tech Zone Management Committee and relevant experts in the provincial highway industry to conduct a feasibility study report on the Xi'an Highway Maintenance Technology Engineering Research Center in Shaanxi Province. (hereinafter referred to as the "Feasibility Study Report") was reviewed. The jury carefully listened to the preparation of the "Feasibility Study Report" - Shaanxi Provincial Engineering Consulting Center reported on the "Feasibility Study Report" and the supporting unit of the Engineering Research Center - Xi'an Gaoyuan Highway Maintenance Technology Co., Ltd. After the report, the actual investigation and full discussion on the spot were carried out. The experts at the meeting agreed that it is feasible to establish the “Shaanxi Xi'an Highway Maintenance Technology Engineering Research Center†and it is recommended that the Provincial Development and Reform Commission approve the establishment of the “Center†as soon as possible.
