3.1. The workshop directors are the first responsible persons of the environmental protection work of the unit and should be responsible for the environmental protection work of the unit.
3.2. According to the needs of environmental protection work, the factory should have full-time environmental protection personnel. Each workshop has a part-time environmental protection officer who is specifically responsible for the environmental protection work and environmental statistics work of the unit.
3.3. Full-time environmental protection personnel shall timely formulate environmental protection engineering measures plans according to the company's annual environmental protection work targets, and supervise the implementation of relevant departments.
3.4. In the production process, all workshops should actively prevent pollution of the environment by waste gas, waste water, waste residue, dust, noise, vibration and toxic and hazardous substances.
3.5. The industrial waste and domestic garbage generated by each workshop shall be discharged according to the requirements at the designated place, and it shall be prohibited from being dumped.
3.6. Wind-induced noise and vibration equipment shall be equipped with facilities such as silencer, sound insulation and shockproof. The facilities shall comply with relevant national standards.
3.7. All workshops should vigorously plant trees and afforestation, and improve the greening management system to protect flowers and trees and realize the gardening of the factory.
3.8. For large-scale projects such as new construction, expansion and reconstruction, it is necessary to thoroughly implement the environmental protection law and the “three simultaneous†regulations. The environmental protection facilities must be designed, constructed, and put into operation together with the project to prevent new pollution.
3.9. All workshops shall establish a normal maintenance and inspection system for environmental protection equipment, and maintain a good state. It is not allowed to deactivate or dismantle environmental protection facilities without approval.
3.10. The content and indicators of environmental protection shall be included in the assessment of economic responsibility system; units and individuals that have made outstanding achievements and contributions to environmental protection work shall be commended and rewarded.
3.11 Any unit or individual that violates these Measures and causes environmental pollution shall be punished according to relevant regulations, depending on the severity of the situation.
