This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers .
This standard is applicable to multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers (hereinafter referred to as crushers) of fixed-axis and movable-shaft type for crushing various ores or rocks with compressive strength below 300 MPa .

Type 3 and basic parameters
3.1 The crusher is divided into two types according to the shape of the crushing chamber: standard type and short head type. See Figure 1. This figure is not sure of the structure of the crusher.
3.2 The basic parameters of the crusher should meet the requirements of Table 1 .
3.3 model and mark
4 technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The crusher shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 The wearing parts of the same type of crusher manufactured by the same enterprise shall be interchangeable.
4.1.3 Any technical requirements not specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current standards.
4.2. Appearance quality requirements
4.2.1 There should be no bumps or rust on the surface of the exposed machine.
4.2.2 the front surface of the steel article to be coated rust which not less than grade rust GB / T 892 3 - 1988 St2 provisions.
4.2.3 The surface of the main welded parts shall be uniform. When visual inspection, there shall be no visible unevenness.
4.2.4 The coating requirements of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.12 .
4.2.5 The hydraulic pipelines and electrical circuits are reasonably oriented, neatly arranged and firm, and should not collide and rub against moving parts.
4.3 Main parts quality requirements
4.3.1 The main components of the crusher shall be made of materials not less than the mechanical properties specified in Table 2 .
4.3.2 spindle shall ultrasonic testing, the quality level should meet 5000.1 5 JB / T - 2007 IV in a predetermined stage.
4.3.3 The dimensional tolerances and angular tolerances of the main welded structural parts shall comply with the provisions of Class B of JB/T 5000.3 - 2007 , and the geometrical tolerances shall comply with the requirements of Class F ; the dimensional tolerances and angular tolerances of the remaining welded structural members shall comply with C. For the class, the geometrical tolerance shall comply with the G class.
4.3.4 The welding quality of welded structural parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000 3 . When the frame adopts the cast-welded structure, the weld quality should also meet the requirements of JB/T 5000.3 , and the welded parts should also eliminate the stress.
4.3.5 Hydraulic components should meet the requirements of GB/T 7935 .
4.3.6 The crusher should have a reliable hydraulic system and lubrication system.
4.3.7 bevel gear transmission accuracy not lower than the GB / T 11365 - 1989 9 - Specifies 8 8 -.
4.4 Assembly requirements
4.4.1 The parts of the crusher shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department. The purchased parts and the outsourced parts shall have the quality certification documents or be qualified before being assembled.
4.4.2 Each moving part of the crusher and the hydraulic adjustment and locking device should be flexible, and the hydraulic system should have no leakage.
4.4.3 Crusher drive shaft When using sliding bearings, the axial play clearance should be 0.8mm ~ 1.6mm .
4.4.4 Crusher Straight bevel gear meshing clearance should meet the requirements of Table 3 , the spiral bevel gear meshing clearance can be referred to.
4.4.5 After the crusher is assembled, when the discharge opening is adjusted to the minimum size, the crushing cone rotates for one week, and the minimum discharge opening size change should not be greater than 20% of the size .
4.5 Safety requirements
4.5.1 The crusher shall have a chain system of electrical protection devices and auxiliary equipment.
4.5.2 The overload protection device of the crusher should be safe and reliable. Other safety requirements for low-voltage control equipment should also comply with the provisions of GB/T 5226.1 .
4.5.3 Safety operation signs shall be fixed at the obvious position of the crusher.
4.5.4 The noise sound pressure level of the crusher during empty load operation shall not exceed 88bB ( A ).
4.5.5 The transmission part of the crusher shall have safety protection devices. The safety protection device provided by the user shall be described in the instruction manual.
4.6 Empty load test requirements
4.6.1 After the crusher is assembled, it shall be in the manufacturer, the motor with the same working speed and the lubrication station with similar performance and the hydraulic station shall continuously carry out the empty load test of not less than 1h , but the difference between the rotation speed of the crushing cone and the temperature of the inlet and outlet oil shall be The test run can be completed 0.5 h after stabilization .
4.6.2 Conical teeth should not exhibit abnormal noise.
4.6.3 The oil supply pressure of the fixed shaft type and movable shaft type crusher should not be less than 0.14MPa . The oil supply pressure varies with the structure of the crusher. The inlet and outlet oil temperature should not exceed 5 °C, the maximum oil return temperature. Should not exceed 54 °C.
4.6.4 The hydraulic adjustment device should be flexible and reliable. The hydraulic system and the lubrication system should be free from oil leakage and air leakage. Other requirements should also comply with the provisions of GB/T 3766 .
4.6.5 When the crusher is running at an empty load, the double amplitude of the vertical direction of the frame should not exceed 0.15 mm .
4.6.6 When the crusher is running at an empty load, the main motor current should not change abnormally.
4.6.7 After the air load test, the friction pairs of the crusher should not have severe burns, blackening and wear.
4.7 load test requirements
4.7.1 The load test shall be after the empty load test. And at the user site.
4.7.2 The continuous test of the load test shall not be less than 72 hours , and the half load test shall not be less than 48 hours .
4.7.3 The oil supply pressure of the fixed shaft type and movable shaft type crusher shall not be less than 0.14MPa , and the oil supply pressure may vary due to the structure of the crusher. The return oil temperature should not exceed 54 °C, and the inlet and outlet oil temperature should not exceed 5 °C.
4.7.4 When the crusher load test, the main motor current should be no abnormal change, the feed should be uniform and continuous, and the discharge should be unblocked.
4.7.5 The processing capacity of the crusher shall comply with the requirements of Table 1 .
4.8 complete sets
The complete supply range of crushers includes main engines, electric motors, low-voltage electronic control equipment, lubrication stations, hydraulic stations, special tools and transmissions.
5 test methods
5.1 General test
5.1.1 The quality of rust removal of steel parts can be tested by sample comparison method or by visual inspection.
5.1.2 The physical and chemical tests of the main parts and materials shall be based on the material quality certificate or the physical and chemical test report.
5.1.3 The nominal values ​​of the test specifications, motor and other technical parameters are consistent with the product label.
5.1.4 When the spindle is ultrasonically tested, the test method shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.15 .
5.1.5 The welding quality test method for welded structural parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.3 .
5.2 empty load test
5.2.1 The manufacturer shall carry out the pressure-holding and non-leakage test at 1.5 times the working pressure of the entire hydraulic system , and the pressure holding time shall not be less than 10 minutes .
5.2.2 Verify the values ​​shown in the oil inlet temperature and return oil temperature table on the lubrication station.
5.2 3 The crusher air load noise test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3768 .
5.2.4 Measure the bidirectional amplitude in the vertical direction on the frame with a vibrometer.
5.2.5 When checking the gear meshing clearance, the eccentric sleeve should be close to the small bevel gear side frame bushing for the movable shaft structure crusher; for the fixed shaft structure crusher, the eccentric sleeve should be away from The fixed bevel of one side of the bevel gear is abutted; both are measured by the method of pressing lead .
5.2.6 When checking the axial travel clearance of the drive shaft, press the back of the small bevel gear against the end face of the drive shaft bushing, and check the clearance between the oil slinger and the other end face of the drive shaft bushing with a feeler gauge.
5.2.7 Checking the size of the discharge material 13 can be measured by the shot ball fixed on the steel wire, measuring four points along the circumference of the crushing chamber, and the arithmetic mean of the four-point size after being squeezed by four balls is the discharge opening size. The diameter of the shot for measurement should be greater than the predetermined discharge opening size.
5.2.8 When the air load is running, abnormalities such as current, noise and oil temperature are found. It should be disassembled to check for serious burns and wear.
5.3 load test
5.3.1 The load test and the half load test shall be as specified in 4.7.2 .
5.3.2 During the load test, the main motor current should be measured for abnormal fluctuations.
5.3.3 During the load test, the feed should be uniform and observe whether the discharge is smooth.
5.3.4 Observe the values ​​shown on the oil inlet temperature and return oil temperature table on the lubrication station.
5.3.5 The test method for the crusher's processing capacity can be referred to the provisions of Appendix B of JB/T 1051 8 - 2005 .
6 inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Each crusher shall be factory-tested by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the inspection items shall pass the inspection before being delivered, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate.
6.2.2 The factory inspection items shall be inspected according to 4.1 , 4.2 , 4.3 , 4.4.1 to 4.4.4 , 4.5.3 to 4.5.5 , 4.6 , 7.1 to 7.5 .
6.3 type test
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases;
a ) When the new product is trial-type or the old product is transferred to the factory;
b ) After the formal production, the product structure, materials or processes have been greatly modified, which may affect the performance of the product;
c ) Regular inspection after normal production;
d ) When production resumes after a long-term shutdown;
e ) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection;
f ) When the national quality supervision agency proposes the type inspection requirements.
6.3.2 Type inspection shall include all requirements of this standard.
6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out from one of the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the test fails, the sample should be doubled for re-inspection. If the re-inspection is qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If one of the products is still unqualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
7 signs, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The crusher shall fix the product label in an appropriate and obvious position. The type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306. The contents of the label shall include:
a ) Product name and model number;
b ) The main technical parameters;
c ) Manufacturer's name and address;
d ) Factory number and date of manufacture.
7.2 Crusher random technical documentation should include
a ) Certificate of Compliance;
b ) Instruction Manual;
c ) Packing list or packing list;
d ) Install the base map;
e ) Consumables (accessories) directory.
7.3 The crusher should generally be decomposed and packaged for transportation. When the transportation conditions permit, the small crusher can be shipped as a whole machine and should meet the requirements of land and water transportation and loading.
7.4 Before the packaging of the crusher, grease and water marks should be removed. All exposed surfaces should be coated with anti-rust grease.
7.5 The packaging requirements of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.13 . Each piece (box) of the dressing and boxing shall be marked with the following:
a ) Arrival (port) and harvesting unit;
b ) Sending station (port) and shipping unit;
c ) Product name and model number;
d ) Gross weight, net weight, box number and external dimensions;
e ) Lifting work marks, etc.
7.6 Packaging and transportation pictorial signs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191 .
7.7 During the storage of the crusher, it should be regularly checked to prevent corrosion. Electrical equipment should have the necessary moisture protection measures.
