Differential pressure transmitter and pressure transmitter

Type CS differential pressure transmitter is mainly used for pipeline filter. When the hydraulic system is working, the filter element in the filter gradually blocks the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the hearing pressure due to the interception of the pollutants in the system (ie, the pressure loss of the filter element). When the pressure difference increases to the transmitter setting value, The sender automatically sends a signal indicating that the system operator should clean or replace the filter cartridge.

1. The CS type, CS-IV type sends the signal to the switch to alert the filter of the oil filter, or to cut off the control circuit associated with the hydraulic system in the form of a switch, thereby protecting the safety of the system.

The connecting thread of the CS-III differential pressure transmitter is M22×1.5.

The connection size of the CM differential pressure transmitter is the same as CS-II and CS-V, and it can be used for domestic ZU and XU filters.

XMS differential pressure transmitter is similar to CM type, with visual indication, CMS-A is the same type as CMS, but no visual indication.

2. Model CM-I is a visual pressure difference sender. The red indicator button on the top of the sender highlights the action of the sender and has alarmed. The red indicator of the sender should be reset manually after cleaning or filter element. The connection thread of the detector is M22×1.5.

CY-ICY-II and CYB pressure transmitters are mainly used for return oil filters, and they are also suitable for pressure monitoring of normal oil supply of thin oil lubrication systems in hydraulic systems.

1.CY type pressure sender is generally installed in the oil inlet chamber of the oil return filter. When the hydraulic system is working, pollutants in the oil are continuously intercepted by the filter element in the oil return cycle, so that the oil return filter can be fed into the oil. The pressure in the mouth gradually increases, and the transmitter activates when the pressure increases to the set value of the transmitter. In the form of a switch, the indicator or buzzer alarm is turned on to indicate that people should promptly clean or replace the filter element or switch off the control circuit associated with the hydraulic system in order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. The connecting thread of the sender and the filter is M18×1.5.

2. YM-I type is a visual pressure transmitter. When the indicating mandrel at the upper end of the sender protrudes from the red circle, it indicates an alarm. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, the indicator mandrel is automatically reset. The connection thread of the sender is M18×1.5.

3. Model CYB-I is a pressure gauge type transmitter. When the pressure is often returned to 0.35 MPa, the pointer enters the red zone to indicate that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. The indicator or buzzer alarm can also be turned on in the form of a switch. Note: It cannot be used with a computer.

ZS and ZKF-II vacuum pressure sender ZS-I vacuum pressure sender is used for oil filter to protect the oil pump. When working in the hydraulic system, the oil filter creates a vacuum due to contaminant blockage. When the vacuum reaches the transmitter setting value, the sender activates and turns on the indicator or buzzer in the form of a switch to indicate the operation. The personnel should clean or replace the filter element in time, or cut off the control circuit of the hydraulic system during the alarm to ensure the safety of the oil pump: the connection thread between the sender and the filter is M18×1.5.

The ZKF-II pressure gauge type transmitter can directly display the vacuum value. When the vacuum reaches 0.018MPa, it can also turn on the indicator or buzzer alarm. Note: ZKF-II cannot be used with computers.
